I am trying to establish who I appeal too. I have been awarded £500 compensation for criminal damage to my car. I am told that the offender only needs to pay what ever he can in enstallments! I am a pensioner who has just finished paying off a loan to buy the car and I now have to find £500 to pay for the damage that Terry Curzon deliberately did to my car. I would like to know why he isn’t being made to sell his car to pay off the £500. My unique ref no. Is 07/wz/20180/17. I would like to know who makes these outrageous decisions and how I can appeal against this. Margaret Wood.
Hi. Been sent a letter form HM Courts for an upaid fine. i have been given 10 days to pay, but have no idea what the fine is for. How do i go about resolving this. Tried ringing on many occasions but no one seems to answer.
Full start of the letter says ” We are writing to make you aware that HMC has been informed by the DWP that the application to apply for deductions from your beefit has failed”
I am not on benefit and work full time.
